Weekend Itinerary in Copenhagen
Copenhagen 2019 was a last minute weekend trip planned in an attempt to go somewhere European before Brexit happened. It turned out that the Brexit deadline was extended again and I needn’t bother rushing, but there you go.
Our flights costed £88 per person including returns via Scandinavian Airlines and we flew from London Heathrow airport to Copenhagen Kastrup Airport. There were cheaper flight options but they didn’t accommodate a late Friday departure and late Sunday return.

Departure: Friday 4th October 2019 from 20:30 – 23:20
Return: Sunday 6th October 2019 from 20:35 – 21:35
Copenhagen is famously expensive as is true of all the Nordic countries, so I spent a bit of time researching more affordable food and sightseeing options.
